The Anti-VIX is a contrarian intraday indicator that Wall St. Jesus posts throughout the day. It measures retail traders buying and selling in VIX futures contracts.

When approaching the red line, this indicates that retail traders are heavily shorting VIX futures. When approaching the green line, this indicates that retail traders are aggressively buying VIX futures.

Many traders consider a long bias near the green line and a short bias near the red line.

This indicator does not factor in the overall market, but it can provide possible bullish setups when combined with the Squeeze-O-Meter.
