During the trading day, you may have heard Jesus say something along the lines of “Micron is getting sprayed here” or “Micron is getting tattoed here”

This simply means that a stock or option is being bought repeatedly within a short timeframe. Such orders lead to further delta hedging in the underlying which helps create the momentum that is tradeable.

When a stock is getting tattoed it may look something like the picture below.
