Troubleshooting Sound Issues During the Broadcast

Why You Might Not Hear Sound
Here are the most common reasons for audio issues during a broadcast:
Your browser’s audio settings are muted.
The browser hasn’t connected to the broadcast’s audio (the most frequent issue).

Fixing the Most Common Issue: Browser Not Connecting to Audio
If your browser isn’t picking up sound, try these solutions:
Option 1: Rejoin the Broadcast
Simply close the broadcast and rejoin. This quick fix often resolves the issue.
Option 2: Enable Sound from Tab Settings
Check if the broadcast tab is muted:
Look for the settings icon on the tab (e.g., in Chrome, it's next to the tab title).
If the icon appears muted (i.e., the toggle button is turned off), click it to enable sound. Your sound settings should match the image below.
